This year marks the start of our journey to becoming a B-certified organisation. We are currently in the process of conducting a B Impact Assessment with hopes of completion soon.
Accurately measuring and understanding our impact on the environment has helped us create initiatives for further reductions. Part of this has been the embedding of environmental stewardship throughout our employees by promoting awareness and education on the topic.
The wellbeing of our employees is important in fostering a positive working environment. We are determined to continually improve upon meeting our employees expectations and supporting their wellbeing. We also have put focus on allowing our employees to develop their professional skills in the way they desire.
