IAM System Administrator
We are looking for a skilled IAM System Administrator to manage and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring secure user provisioning, authentication, and access control. The ideal candidate will monitor access rights, respond to access-related issues, and work with IT teams to implement security best practices. This role is vital to maintaining compliance with security policies, conducting regular access reviews, and staying informed on emerging IAM technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
What responsibilities will you have?
Administer and maintain IAM systems, handling user provisioning, access control, and authentication.Monitor and manage user access rights and permissions, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.Troubleshoot user authentication and authorization issues, providing timely support and solutions.Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and address potential security risks.Collaborate with IT teams to implement security best practices and strengthen IAM controls.Assist in the development, documentation, and enforcement of IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines.Stay informed on emerging IAM technologies and trends to continuously improve IAM practices.What skills & experience are we looking for?
Strong knowledge of IAM systems, including user provisioning, access control, and authentication mechanisms.Experience in monitoring access rights and ensuring compliance with security policies.Ability to troubleshoot access-related issues and provide technical support.Expertise in conducting access reviews, audits, and risk mitigation.Familiarity with security best practices and collaboration with IT teams to enhance IAM controls.Strong understanding of IAM policy development and enforcement.Up-to-date knowledge of IAM technologies and industry trends.
